Packages shipped internationally are subject to customs and Tax fees imposed by their country. Suppose the customer refuses to pay such government-regulated fees and has chosen to return the package. In that case, Royal’s Beauties may consider refunding the cost of the purchase LESS any additional fees charged to Royal’s Beauties, and only upon proof of receipt.
